Please read these terms carefully before using the Samples Yard platform or purchasing any of our products and services.

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Samples Yard platform, including our website, product catalogue, material sourcing service, Sanad Templates, 101 Materials kit, and any related services. By accessing or using Samples Yard, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Who We Are
Samples Yard is a material sourcing and design support platform serving interior designers, contractors, architects, and vendors. We provide access to physical material samples, downloadable business templates (Sanad), curated material kits (101 Materials), and a professional material catalogue.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Samples Yard only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these terms are violated.
4. Orders & Purchases
All orders placed through Samples Yard are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are displayed in QAR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Once an order is confirmed, it is binding on both parties subject to our cancellation policy.
5. Digital Products (Sanad Templates)
Sanad Templates are sold as individual digital downloads. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own professional or personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files publicly. All templates remain the intellectual property of Samples Yard. Refunds are not available on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
6. Physical Products (101 Materials & Samples)
Physical products, including the 101 Materials kit and individual material samples, are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly fulfilled items.
7. Material Sourcing Service
Our material sourcing service is offered on a best-effort basis. Submitting a sourcing request does not guarantee availability, pricing, or delivery of the requested material. We will communicate options and timelines upon review of your brief. Samples Yard acts as a facilitator and is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or logistics providers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Samples Yard platform — including but not limited to text, images, branding, templates, and design assets — is the intellectual property of Samples Yard unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this platform without prior written consent.
9. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Samples Yard is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samples Yard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service to which the claim relates.
11. Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy practices. By using Samples Yard, you consent to the collection and use of your information as necessary to provide our services, process orders, and communicate with you about your account and purchases.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
